Job Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other methods.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-4 years
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent, at solving unstructured problems independently
- Strong, communicators able to build relationships with key stakeholder
- Problem Solving mindset
