Job Role & Responsibilities
- Agile/Scrum Proficiency : Possess a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Tool Proficiency : Skilled in using software testing tools such as Postman for API testing and Fireflink.
- Effective Communication : Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- SQL Knowledge : Experienced in using SQL for data manipulation and testing purposes.
- JIRA Expertise : Familiar with JIRA for managing projects, tasks, and issues related to software bugs.
- Team Collaboration : Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment to meet testing goals.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate testing challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-4 years
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Skills : Jira , Testing , Agile , Scrum
- Excellent, at solving unstructured problems independently
- Strong, communicators able to build relationships with key stakeholder
- Problem Solving mindset.
