Job Role & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware software issues.
- Install configure OS, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and perform basic hardware repairs.
- Visit client sites for on-site technical support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-1 years
- Degree: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, OS installation troubleshooting.
- Networking fundamentals.
- Good communication skills.
