Job Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the IWMS system, ensuring it is up-to-date and running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the IWMS system, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of the IWMS system with other business applications.
- Develop and implement procedures for new features and updates of the IWMS system.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the IWMS system.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources for improved efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1-4 years
- Degree: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
