Job Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and grow the vendor pipeline: Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers across mechanical, electronic, optics and specialised space-grade components; build a qualified vendor base where one may not yet exist, including sourcing alternatives.
- Own vendor qualification: Drive supplier assessment, capability audits, sample evaluation and onboarding.
- Maintain and deepen supplier relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of vendors; manage commercial terms, negotiate pricing and lead times, resolve disputes and delivery issues, and cultivate long-term partnerships that scale with the companys programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Degree: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Skills: ERP, SCM, Aerospace, hardware, license.
