Job Role & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot common OS, application, and connectivity issues for end users
- Support ticket triage and resolution tracking (Freshservice or similar ITSM tool)
- Assist with basic software packaging/deployment tasks and testing
- Help document SOPs and troubleshooting guides for common issues
- Support patch management and software compliance checks
- Assist with testing and QA of internal automation workflows (Power) .
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-1 years
- Degree: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Skills: Working knowledge of Windows and macOS — installing software, basic system settings, common troubleshooting steps
- Comfortable MacOS environments hands-on
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
