Job Role & Responsibilities
- Zycus is looking for young and enthusiastic minds to work in our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern for 3-6 months (full-time).
- The role has potential to become full time based on individual’s performance and business requirement.
- In these 3-6 months you will get to work with our business leaders and learn from our top notch recruiting team.
- Learn how to find and hire top talent for the organization. Use marketing strategies to attract talent.
- Source candidates, Do talent markets study, Set up Interviews with Hiring Managers, Be our culture champion and engage with prospective candidates on social media.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E/ BBA/ B.Sc/ B.Tech Graduate with MBA in HR.
- Highly Creative, Thinking Ability, Strong Presentation Skills along with Strong Communication Skills.
- Skills require very high ability to drive things end- to end and follow up aggresively to get the work done, ability to influence and collaborate with various functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be very good in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Broad knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews.
- Candidates should be a team player, have a keen eye for detail, be able and willing to coach others in accurate and effective marketing communications and have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
