Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Handling end-to-end pre-sales engagements and presenting our solutions at events both in-person and online
  • Providing technical responses to the Tender/RFP/RFI
  • Devising scope, statement of work, architecture, and other onboarding documentation
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts
  • Retaining customers through our customer success program.

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualifications: Good academic background with B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ M.E/ M.Tech/ M.Sc/ MCA.
  • Understanding of network/server infrastructure, active directory, endpoints, and IT processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Open to traveling globally
  • Knowledge of IT Helpdesk, Monitoring, SIEM & Endpoint Management Solutions, and an experience in pre-sales or technical account management is an added advantage.
  • The last date for registration is 31st July 2023.
