Job Role & Responsibilities
- Perform initial fault diagnosis and validate network alarms.
- Report service-impacting incidents to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create and manage trouble tickets for investigation and resolution by specialist teams.
- Work closely with technical support teams, incident management teams, service desks, and first-line support functions.
- Maintain operational excellence to support network availability and minimise service downtime.
- Ensure accurate communication of faults and associated customer impact.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0 yr
- Degree: Strong data analytical skills related to visualization tools (Power BI, PowerApps, etc.).
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
