- Addressing customer complaints and escalations with patience and empathy
- Maintaining detailed records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Any Graduate with provisional certificates and good communication skills
- Handle international non-voice process tasks in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Should have good communication skills
