Job Role & Responsibilities
- Handling customer & merchant calls.
- Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduates
- Designation: Customer Success Associate
- Education : Any Graduation.
- Work Location: Hi-tech City. (Work from Office)
- Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi.
- Freshers and experienced can apply.
- Voice Process and customer support experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
- One-way cab facility. (Based on Shifts)
