Job Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer support
- Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries
- Relevant experience in Chat Support Specialist added advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good customer handling skills
- Should be comfortable working for Night shifts.

- Work Location: HYDERABAD (BAHADURPALLY).
- Work From Office
- Australian Shift.
- Mid night login Early morning shift: 2.30AM, 3.30am, 5.30Aam
- Working Hours: 9.5 hours.
- 5 days working with two days rotational week off (Not fixed week off).
- 2 Ways cab facility.
- Salary : CTC -2.5 LPA to 4 LPA based on experience.
