Job Role & Responsibilities

• CloudDesk is a professional work 24x7x365 for customers towards client success.
• CloudDesk professional represent SNPs frontline who has a dedicaprofessionals represent SNPs frontline who are dedicated to monitoring, acknowledging, and communicating with internal next-level support teams or ted responsibility in monitoring, acknowledging, communicating towards internal next level support teams or with customers.
• CloudDesk professional do follow-ups based on the escalation matrix part of their daily operations.
• Basic Knowledge on Microsoft Azure Cloud services such as Azure Monitor and App Insights to monitor the Cloud Infrastructure, Application, database and web services.
• Basic Knowledge on Windows Server Operating system or Linux operating system
• Basic Knowledge on Networking, Database technologies
• Basic knowledge on Patch management in installing security updates to underlying operations system.
• Create incident and assign it to next level engineers, follow-up till incident closure towards gathering the customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Excellent communication
• Year of Passing: 2022,2023
• Should have in-depth knowledge in at least one  ( java, python, C/C++, dot net, Database, angular JS, JavaScript)
• Should have a learning attitude.
• 65% Aggregate throughout with no active backlogs.
