Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls within the guidlines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently acheives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
- Provide Technical Support to International Customers
- Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
- Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge (Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 years to 35 years
- Any Under Graduate Freshers can apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors in a related field
Preferred Skills
- Call Center experience a plus
- Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Provide a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers
