Job Role & Responsibilities
- Providing customers with an outstanding customer experience to make them feel secure whilst using our features
- Providing excellent customer service via in-app live chat, phone, and email
- Representing Revolut online at all times
- Collaborating with other teams internationally to tackle any customer issues
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
- To be comfortable providing omni-channel support (chat, phone, and email) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Great writing, analytical, and IT skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Empathy and love for helping people
- To be a driven, self-motivated, and highly flexible team player
- An independent, problem-solving attitude
