Job Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into our database or other designated software applications.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular quality checks.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining data records and files.
- Conduct data verification and cleanup activities as directed.
- Support the team in researching and gathering information from various sources, including LinkedIn.
- Assist in outreach activities on LinkedIn for data collection purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and completeness.
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and security.
- Maintain open communication with the team to report progress, issues, and challenges.
- Adhere to timelines and deadlines for data entry projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data entry, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and the ability to navigate the platform effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with care.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree or diploma in a related field.
