Job Role & Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Real employees and brokers.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.
- Regularly audit and verify data to ensure its accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including real employees and brokers, to ensure efficient operations and a cohesive work environment. Collaborate on projects, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Communication and Correspondence: Manage communication channels such as emails, and other forms of correspondence. Respond to inquiries and provide information to brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in backend processes and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Streamline administrative tasks and implement automation tools where applicable.
- AD HOC Tasks: Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the operations department
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
