Job Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Coordination with Central team for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents to understand their requirements and improve the student satisfaction by gaining knowledge about PW’s different products
- Collection of payments and maintain all the data of registration forms, reciept etc.
- Support parents throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-5 years
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Languages: English
- Skills : Customer service , Sales, BPO , Calling .
- Excellent, at solving unstructured problems independently
- Strong, communicators able to build relationships with key stakeholder
- Problem Solving mindset
