Job Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of projects and clients across different locations.
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with the product delivery team, sales team, and client account managers.
- Involve in planning and developing execution plans for upcoming projects.
- Monitor and track projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure that the committed value and ROI are delivered to customers.
- Follow established processes to ensure quality delivery and documentation.
- Assist with creating and finalizing project documentation (current state and future state) and getting client approval.
- Help manage project implementation by working with the product team during configuration and realization stages.
- Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and assist in preparing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at client sites as needed.
- Support clients during the hypercare stage and assist in knowledge transfer to the Customer Success Manager (CSM).
- Monitor and address post-hypercare customer issues and complaints by coordinating with the operations team.
- Contribute to the customer renewal process and help build long-term relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
- Candidate background: candidates should be currently pursuing a BTech/BE degree and expect to graduate in 2025.
- Internship period: a minimum internship period of 6-12 months with possibility of converting to full-time employment based on review.
Required Skills
- Proficient at SQL.
- Prior knowledge of accounts payables and account receivables processes.
