Job Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain credit policy for digital lending products.
- Analyze data (e.g. traditional and alternative bureau, behavioral & macroeconomic data) using statistical tools and analytical techniques to generate insights and optimize credit decisions (accept/ decline, pricing and credit line).Build and optimize existing customer management strategies to improve customer level profitability.
- Monitor portfolio and vintage delinquencies to ensure risk is within bounds; take corrective action as required.
- Analyze and evaluate potential vendors/data providers for incremental value in credit management strategies in a continuous improvement environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2-4 yrs
- Degree: Strong data analytical skills related to visualization tools (Power BI, PowerApps, etc.).
Skills: Utilizing knowledge of credit bureau data, risk scorecards and ability to pay quantification
• Expertise in excel; data manipulation using SQL/R/Python an added plus.
