Job Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
- The engineer will interact with customers to provide knowledge transfer, best practices, diagnostic tools and techniques, frequently faced problems, etc on new product features.
- The balance between product feature development and customer SCP programs.
- Take initiative and be responsible for delivering complex software by working effectively with the team and broader set of stakeholders.
- It is preferred that the engineer perform these duties with a minimum direction and a high degree of independence, be comfortable with building relationships across organizations and to resolve cross-product issues.
- Comfortable in CI/CD and DevOps work styles.
- Scripting & configuration languages such as – Bash, Python, GoLang and YAML experience a strong plus.
- Proven experience in test-driven development, with Jenkins (or other CI/CD frameworks), experience a strong plus.
- As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications.
- Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 0 – 2+ Year experience.
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English.
- Scripting & configuration languages such as – Bash, Python, GoLang and YAML experience a strong plus.
- Proven experience in test-driven development, with Jenkins (or other CI/CD frameworks), experience a strong plus.
