Job Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate and streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing infrastructure and environments using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Learn and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure the rapid and efficient delivery of software.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, infrastructure, and deployments.
- Work with developers to troubleshoot issues and support the debugging process.
- Help ensure the scalability, availability, and security of systems.
- Participate in the creation and management of automation scripts and tools for provisioning and configuration.
- Document processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic knowledge of software development methodologies and SDLC.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Unix) and cloud computing concepts.
- Basic understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Some experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar) is a plus.
- Interest in automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred Skills (not required, but a plus):
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Understanding of version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
