Job Role & Responsibilities
- Capturing incoming daily data to be moved into a database in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accuracy of the data that has been entered.
- Identify discrepancies in information and request further information from authorized members in case of incomplete documents/information.
- Respond to information queries from authorized members.
- Confidentiality as handling internal data.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Any Graduate/ PG
- University graduate or equivalent/ under graduate.
- Experience in the shipping industry is preferred but not a prerequisite.
- Attention to detail.
- Good command of English language, written and spoken.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office (Excel)
- Ability to collaborate with others/ be a teamplayer
- Critical/analytical thinking
