Job Role & Responsibilities
- MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is seeking a motivated People Office Intern (HR Intern) to join our team.

- MTX improves decision-making with speed and quality by partnering with leading cloud technologies.
- MTX provides expertise across various platforms and technologies, including Google Cloud, Salesforce, artificial intelligence/machine learning, data integration, data governance, data quality, analytics, visualization and mobile technology.
- Support in managing the employee life cycle.
- Helping the team in the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process
- Create reports and analyze data on HR processes when needed.
- Connecting with the employees on a regular basis and addressing any issues when needed.
- Update internal databases with new employee data and help the team with complete data management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Any Graduate/ MBA
- Knowledge of Human Resource Functions
- Knowledge of HR Operations Processes
- Knowledge of G-Suite (Google Spreadsheets, Documents, presentations, etc)
- Analytical mindset and learning approach.
- Excellent organizational skills, often working to tight deadlines.
- The focus on data quality, building efficiencies, stakeholder communication, and collaboration is paramount.
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information.
