Job Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific skill sets and qualifications required for open positions.
- Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to find potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, conduct in-person or virtual interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential contribution to the company.
- Present top candidates to hiring managers, assist with offer negotiation, and manage the acceptance process.
