Job Role & Responsibilities
- Hands on in Manufacturing execution system Rockwell software like Rockwell FTPC, JAVA, FTVP
- Functional knowledge on Rockwell MES (FTPC), Punts scripting.
- Expertise in solution design and development on FTPC platform including integrations to ERP and L2 automation layer.
- Strong knowledge and experience in all SDLC phases of project implementation.
- In-depth understanding of production process.
- Experience in production support including resolution of daily production issues, analysis and understand end business user expectation.
- Experience in scripting languages Core like java, JBoss, Active MQ, Tomcat.
Functional Deliverables
- Ensure optimal solution design work with development team to create FDS and detailed design specification implement the FTPC solution and smooth go live.
- Root cause analysis and solutions for issues and ensure timely closure identify and develop new reusable application / codes / modules.
- Monitoring of MES application
- Should be well enough capable of handling L 2 escalation calls independently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
- BE / B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer science, ENTC, BSc / MCA
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Able to work independently and set goals keeping business objectives in mind
- Knowledge of JAVA or Python programming languages
