Job Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for following processes and ensuring the data entered into the systems are accurate and timely and that SLAs are met.
- Identifies and resolves light and moderate complex production related errors in Apex Portal, EBX and SAP.
- Takes the time to understand and then can clearly communicate data quality issues specific for the data domain
Eligibility Criteria
- Any under or postgraduate (preferably 2022 and 2023 pass out)
- Results oriented and a self-starter.
- Experience in data processing, quality assurance and process improvement.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SAP (Preferable)
- Knowledge in MS Excel (VLOOKUP function required)
- Knowledge of SharePoint and TEAMS
- Must be a team player
