Job Role & Responsibilities
- Good written & verbal communication to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Should have a fair knowledge in Windows Operating System
- Should be able to provide support in Incident resolution and request fulfillment.
- Should be able to handle customer escalations and provide temporary and permanent solutions.
- Able to meet the agreed SLA and quality.
- Pro-active issue identification and resolution.
- Should create Knowledge Base documents and training documents
- Good knowledge in MS office Applications
- Understand the Company’s policies and adhere to them.
- Willingness to work in 24*5 shifts.
- Good Team player.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to learn
- Good Coding Language knowledge
- Good Problem-Solving skills
