Job Role & Responsibilities
- 1. Project Tracking:
- Monitor the progress of IoT projects, tracking key milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain project schedules and update them as necessary.
- Identify potential delays and work with project managers to mitigate risks.
- 2. Rollout Management:
- Coordinate the deployment and rollout of IoT devices and solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of hardware and software components.
- Collaborate with field teams for on-site installations and configurations.
- 3. Troubleshooting:
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to IoT devices and systems.
- Provide hands-on support for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
- Work closely with technical teams to implement solutions and document resolutions.
- 4. Performance Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data from IoT devices and sensors to assess performance.
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- 5. Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IoT deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Create and update troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures.
- 6. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks on deployed IoT solutions to ensure they meet defined standards.
- Implement improvements based on feedback and lessons learned.
- 7. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and project managers.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech
- Education: UG -B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with IoT device deployment and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical background and familiarity with IoT hardware, software, and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using IoT management and monitoring tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
