Job Role & Responsibilities
- As a Developer, you will be integral to the team, contributing to the development of new features and the improvement of existing ones.
- You will work closely with more senior developers to refine your skills and grow your expertise.
- You will work closely across all business units, providing a rich learning environment about the company’s operations.
- Our technology stack is comprehensive, involving full-stack solutions that drive our enterprise forward.
- Develop and maintain software applications according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and solve complex problems.
- Participate in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and report significant progress and challenges.
- Maintain documentation for system software applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java (Spring) or JavaScript (ReactJS) with willingness to learn one of these technologies.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to technical excellence.
