Job Role & Responsibilities
- Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement
- Support order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers
- Work as order management associate for customer service flexible to support during night shift.
- Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs.
- Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and TAT.
- Ensure all quote requests from customers are acknowledged for the day.
