Job Role & Responsibilities
- Understand and quickly learn the Salesforce Service cloud functionality.
- Perform Manual QA for Salesforce.
- Participate in scrum meetings and interact with the team to get good understanding on the requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Computer Science or Information Science, from a reputed institute, with excellent academic records.
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Knowledge of SQL will be added advantage
- Excellent Verbal and Communication skills
