• Communication is your strong suit. You will work with many internal teams to effectively communicate with our guests and solve their queries.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
• Must have both verbal and written communication, logical and analytical skills.
• Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
