Job Role & Responsibilities
- Implementing various HRMS modules at various client locations across the globe along with the support of a Senior Implementer.
- Working along with Functional consultants in understanding the client requirements and helping in the preparation of gap document.
- Understanding the client requirements and configuring the software to address these requirements.
- Uploading Client data into the software from existing software or Excel files.
- Interfacing with the client for the entire duration of the project from kick-off to closure.
- Updating and reporting on the status of various installation projects that are being handled.
- Help in End-user Training, UAT & Post Implementation Support.
- Operational knowledge of SQL & Web applications will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B. Com, BBA, B. Sc, BCA) /MBA (HR)
- Good communication and Customer Service Skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.
- Ability to multitask and detail-oriented.
- Candidate – Hindi speaking is mandatory.
