Job Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Achieves regional sales; operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Any Graduate
- 0 to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Good Communication skills.
- Should be good in the Telugu language.
- Sales Knowledge and a basic understanding of Retail Market.
- Experienced in ERP Sales.
