Job Role & Responsibilities
- We are seeking an IT intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
- The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior leadership.
- Work closely with the Business to understand business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into Technical artifact by working closely with your mentor.
- Lend IT support in areas such as Salesforce Configuration, Custom development.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
- Take part in Scrum meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Currently studying Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiar with Java or .NET or JavaScript.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
