Job Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via live chat/ email.
- Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
- Follow company communications guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend improvement in the processes to bring efficiency in the process.
- Achieve good productivity number, CSAT and other parameters above benchmark to be competition
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate are Eligible
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency and accuracy in typing, minimum typing of 30-40 word per minute
- Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks / details with accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to work flexible hours (including night shift) with rotational week-off
- Chat experience but not mandatory
