Job Role & Responsibilities
- The role involves handling customer queries and providing excellent service through both voice and non-voice (email/chat) interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to customers across international markets.
- Handle customer queries via chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and information.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- BE, BTech, BSc, and PG freshers are NOT eligible to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
