Job Role & Responsibilities
- As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) you would be deployed in any of our plants across India for a period of 1 year in which you would be getting an exposure to work in 2 Plants.
- First 6 months in One plant and next 6 months in another plant.
- You would be supporting the Day to Day operations of functions in a Plant set up.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Com/ M.Tech/ M.Com/ M.Sc/ MBA
- BE/B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- B.Tech – Sugar & Alcohol Technology/Food Technology/Wine/Brewing Technology
- B. Tech/M.Tech – Industrial Safety & Risk Management /Post Diploma in Industrial safety/MSc in Health, Safety and Environmental Management
- B.com/M.com/MBA Finance – Only for Commercial Role
- Must be doing Graduation from a regular college as per above mentioned streams of education.
- Should have scored 60% and above in all semesters so far with no standing arrears / back logs.
- Should be strictly only 2024 Pass outs.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Stipend: 25k Per month.
- One Time Bonus: On Successful completion of Training you would be provided with 30k as one time Bonus.
