Job Role & Responsibilities
- Day-to-day platform operations of OnPrem, AI & SaaS services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and adherence to SLAs.
- Ensuring reliable operation of automation services with proactive monitoring and issue resolution
- Troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to continuous improvement
- Working closely with product managers, developers, and support teams across regions
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1-3 yr
- Degree: Strong data analytical skills related to visualization tools (Power BI, PowerApps, etc.).
Skills: Understanding of AI/ML, especially NLP, LLMs, OCR, and predictive models - Cloud and container technologies (e.g., Azure, Docker)

- Strategic, able to focus on business goals
- Excellent, at solving unstructured problems independently
