Job Role & Responsibilities
- Should be trained in BA (Business Analyst)
- Support senior BA to elicit & document requirements like PRD, URS, FRS, RTM and Impact Analysis etc.
- Support the development team for functional clarifications with help of seniors.
- Perform functional testing to ensure that all requirements are implemented as per requirements documents.
- Update URS, FRS & RTM to include the approved change requests.
- Update status periodically or when requested.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Good academic background with B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ M.E/ M.Tech/ M.Sc/ MCA – with a Computer Science/Studies background.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills along with critical thinking
- Expected to perform duties with little supervision and will be self-directed in terms of time and workload management.
- Innovative and keen on learning and implementing new practices.
