Job Role & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on new technologies.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of desktop equipment.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Develop and implement procedures for improving desktop support services.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-4 years
- Degree: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
