Job Role & Responsibilities
- Promote the use of the SmartQ digital platform by explaining the benefits and convenience of the SmartQ Ordering App, including available offers.
- Encourage users to download and use the App by providing guidance and training. Assist individuals without the App in placing orders and making payments through digital wallets.
- Coordinate daily with food partners to update menu items and work with the technology team to ensure these changes are reflected on the App, including timely push notifications and banner updates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Degree: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Skills: Passionate about delivering high-quality service to both clients and employees, with strong communication skills in English and the local language, and a consistently positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills, eager to learn, and demonstrates honesty and integrity.
