Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Birdeye has created a specialized role wherein the Account Manager, Reactivation will be responsible for contacting accounts that have cancelled their contracts.
  • Their primary role will be to engage and prospect decision makers to re-open former paying accounts.
  • **Sales Outreach:** Initiate contact with decision-makers within target companies to introduce our products/services and understand their needs and pain points.
  • **Consultative Selling:** Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to prospects, highlighting how our offerings can address their specific challenges and deliver value.
  • **Pipeline Management:** Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in CRM software, track progress, and follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • **Relationship Building:** Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders through regular communication, providing relevant insights, and offering exceptional customer service.
  • **Negotiation and Closing:** Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals and achieve sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies, address customer needs, and drive business growth.

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • Location: Remote
  • Working Hours: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (IST)
  • Hit or exceed your monthly reactivation quota
  • Minimum 70+ phone calls (8+ conversations) per day to assigned accounts
  • Execute phone call and email campaigns to reactivate accounts and follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel. Proven track record of success in outbound sales or business development roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
