Job Role & Responsibilities
- Training and Skill Development:
- Participate in training programs and mentorship to gain proficiency in software testing methodologies and automation tools.
- Test Case Design and Execution:
- Work with senior QA analysts to design, execute, and maintain test cases.
- Execute both manual and automated test cases under supervision.
- Test Automation:
- Learn to write and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools such as
- Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Assist in the development of test automation scripts.
- Defect Identification and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and document defects.
- Help in tracking and managing defects through resolution.
- Test Documentation:
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on testing best practices, tools, and technologies through self-study and on-the job training.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with experienced QA analysts and developers to understand software requirements and improve test coverage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Familiarity with test automation concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- We need one fresher profile for automation to be worked on NUnit with C#.
- Preferred candidate who has Selenium knowledge, C#, and Java.
