Job Role & Responsibilities
- Analyzing learning design requirements and defining project scope for assigned work
- Designing and developing learning deliverables in line with project scope
- Developing training materials, including storyboards, video and audio scripts, hands-on activities, instructor and participant guides, job aids, diagrams, pictures, and self-study material
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and supporting instructional design needs across Deloitte US firms.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1-4 year
- Degree: Strong data analytical skills related to visualization tools (Power BI, PowerApps, etc.).
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint

- Intellectually curious, eager to learn new things with an eye towards innovation
- Strategic, able to focus on business goals
- Excellent, at solving unstructured problems independently
- Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks
