Job Role & Responsibilities
- Perform or coordinate laboratory testing (microbiological, chemical, and physical analysis).
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000, and applicable FSSAI regulations.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory or certification audits.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Fresher
- Degree: Strong data analytical skills related to visualization tools (Power BI, PowerApps, etc.).
Skills: Proficiency in Java /Python/C#, Angular/ React/ JavaScript.· Strong knowledge of Data Structures. Good in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.· Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
