Job Role & Responsibilities
- Process payments accurately and within agreed timelines, minimizing risks and potential losses arising from delayed or incorrect payment deliveries.
- Support customer-facing teams in handling customer enquiries and queries professionally across multiple channels, escalating complex issues to senior staff or the Section Head when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, ANZ entities, and business teams, to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
- Manage end-to-end payment processing activities, including system processing in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures, handling enquiries from customers and correspondent banks, preparing regulatory and internal reports, and promptly escalating suspicious transactions, fraud risks, customer disputes, or operational errors.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Degree: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- Skills: Financial analysis, risk management, accounting, financial services, banking operations, recruitment compliance , payment processing, risk identification, data entry, finance lending operations, communication skills.
- Problem Solving mindset.
