Job Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Design, develop, and test software applications to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new CRM systems.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve business processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-5 years
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Languages: Python, C#, Javascript and Data Analysis
- Databases: SQL (PL/SQL, T/SQL, PostgreSQL or similar)
- Excellent, at solving unstructured problems independently
- Strong, communicators able to build relationships with key stakeholder
- Problem Solving mindset
