Job Role & Responsibilities
- Support new product opportunities from evaluation to production launch.
- Validate and refine customer requirements in collaboration with Internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of technical documents, samples, and prototypes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close technical and business assumptions.
- Prepare and submit production quotes, securing customer commitments.
- Cost Calculation: Analyze and calculate cable assembly costs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Cost Reduction: Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Cost Tracking: Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in costing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP systems (preferred).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
